The Mirta Ramirez Computer Science Charter School is modeled after High Tech High School in San Diego, California. Students choose a major from a number of technology-focused subject areas. Graduates are prepared for work as computer technicians, network specialists or web page designers. Students progress in their technological fields of interest, and they are provided opportunities to participate in internships with businesses in the Chicagoland area.
