Winnie Mandela High School is a part of Prologue, a multi-site, community-based high school and GED program founded in 1972, serving 500 students, ages 16 to 21 in grades 9 through 12. It is state-recognized and NCA accredited.
Programs & Services
The community-based learning and social justice curriculum emphasizes critical thinking skills, self-awareness and intense math and science instruction. The Citywide Adult Education Program serves students 18 years and older with classes in literacy, ESL, basic math, reading, English, GED, exam preparation and the Constitution. Classes run in nine-week cycles. The Comprehensive Community Development Center provides career assessment and employment placement services.
