Rudy Lozano Leadership Academy (RLLA) was founded in 1996, housed in the Institute for Latino Progress, and is affiliated with Youth Connection Charter School. RLLA is a 3-year alternative high school serving 109 youth, ages 17-21, from the predominantly Latino neighborhoods of Pilsen, Little Village and Back of the Yards.

Programs & Services
RLLA provides a safe and democratic environment where students learn to be decision-makers in their own lives and to become active participants in their community by employing principles of unity and social justice. RLLA offers career and academic counseling, job assistance, school to work and other extracurricular activities.

Admissions
Placement exam and interview are required.
